• Account information: Your name and email address from your Google account when you sign in.
• Google Drive access: When you connect Google Drive, we access files in folders you explicitly select for import. We do not access any other files.
• Website content: When you run an audit, we crawl the publicly accessible pages of the website you specify.
• Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. We receive your Stripe customer ID and payment confirmation details.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the content audit service you requested.
• Generate AI-powered analysis and reports.
• Process payments and manage your account credits.
• Send transactional emails (payment confirmations, audit reports).

AI Processing

StoryHaus uses Anthropic's Claude AI to analyze content. The text from crawled pages and imported documents is sent to the Anthropic API for analysis. This data is processed according to Anthropic's API usage policies and is not used to train AI models.

Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Imported files are cached in encrypted cloud storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting.
• Anthropic (Claude): AI content analysis.
• Firecrawl: Website crawling.
• Stripe: Payment processing.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery.
• Vercel: Application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services listed above, solely to provide the StoryHaus service.

Your Rights

You may:

• Request a copy of your data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Revoke Google Drive access at any time through your Google account settings.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session management via Supabase). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
