Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StoryHaus at storyhaus.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

StoryHaus is an AI-powered content audit platform. The Service crawls websites, analyzes content, and generates reports to help agencies and freelancers evaluate their clients' content strategy.

Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or allow others to access it.

Credits and Payment

• Audit credits are purchased through Stripe. Each credit allows you to run one complete content audit.
• Credits do not expire.
• All sales are final. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Price changes do not affect previously purchased credits.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to crawl websites you do not have authorization to audit.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Resell access to the Service without written permission.

Website Crawling

When you initiate an audit, the Service crawls publicly accessible pages of the website you specify. You represent that you have the right to audit that website (e.g., it is your client's site and you have their permission, or it is your own site).

AI-Generated Content

Reports and analysis generated by StoryHaus use artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before acting on them or sharing them with clients.

Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain ownership of the content you import and the data from your audits.
• Generated reports: Reports generated by the Service are yours to use, share, and distribute as you see fit.
• Our service: StoryHaus, its branding, design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
